Our apologies if the counterstaff wasn't as communicative as they could have been during your visit. We're currently continuing to operate by appointment for all piercing services, but we're usually able to squeeze in clients who are requesting simple jewelry changes between these appointmentsso it may seem like we're skipping you over. We're currently booked for over four weeks out for appointments, so honestly a half-hour wait isn't too bad, but it sounds like we could have been better at communicating about your wait.

I currently came to this shop because my mom has over a dozen of piercings and she really says they are the best. My sister and I got to the shop at 4:54 and their was only 2 people in the store ahead of us. We came to get our Bose rings changed. While they told us to sit 2 other people came inside the shop. At that point they were put on a list. We were never put on a list. While we sat 2 more people came in the shop. Then we were called to be put on the list. It is currently 5:25pm and every one who came in after us has already been seen take care of or sitting in the chair. And we are just being seen. This will be my last time to frequent this shop.

Quality/cleanliness is what I come for. But two times Ive been here it is *a little* over the top as far as needing to copy your ID every time & you have to fill out paperwork every time even if youre a previous client?? The jewelry is overpriced (quality, but too pricey for me personally.) And all the people Ive interacted with here are on the pretentious side. It makes me not want to return. At my latest visit, I was talking about finding the right size jewelry for my nose since I have a professional job now. Im tired. I just got off work. I didnt mean anything by it. I simply meant a desk job/admin office etc. The person behind the desk in a very offended snide voice said oh I have a professional job too. Yeah you do. I get it. I didnt mean it that way and I didnt need that comment after a long day.

Infinite has been THE go-to for body piercing in the area for ages and still is. They never disappoint, even during the pandemic, even when crazy-busy. If you are getting pierced you 100% owe it to yourself to have it done here. Everyone is so nice, and so sweet, and so knowledgeable. The counter people are amazing. The piercers are amazing. I cannot recommend this place enough. The entire place is spotless, the people are the best.

Had to get a replacement for my septum pricing, the ring they sold me fell apart two weeks later. They charged me a high fee for an inferior quality septum jewelry. Service was friendly, and they take COVID seriously, but I'm not pleased with the quality of the product I was sold. I feel taken advantage of.
